Dr. Joanna Luzzi leads the neuropsychological services at our practice, ensuring that clients receive timely, accurate assessments critical to informing their treatment plans. Her focus on efficiency and precision enables her to quickly deliver data-driven insights to support the work of multidisciplinary treatment teams.

Dr. Luzzi earned her B.A. in psychology from Arizona State University and an M.A. in forensic psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York City. She completed her Psy.D. in clinical psychology at the American School of Professional Psychology, with an APA-accredited internship emphasizing psychological assessment and neuropsychology at Washington Medical Group in Washington, DC. Her post-doctoral training includes a two-year neuropsychology fellowship with additional specialized didactic training at Walter Reed Army Medical Center.
As a licensed clinical neuropsychologist, Dr. Luzzi works with clients experiencing a broad range of neurological and psychiatric conditions, including multiple sclerosis, traumatic brain injury, dementia, and Parkinson’s disease. She is an active contributor to the field, having presented her work at the American Psychological Association (APA) and holding memberships in both APA and the International Neuropsychological Society (INS).
Dr. Luzzi is dedicated to providing comprehensive, actionable assessments that guide and optimize care for each client, strengthening their treatment outcomes through expert evaluation and support.
