Mary Nayden

Resident in Counseling, MA, NCC

Office: Sterling

I utilize an integrative approach while treating a variety of clients. As each client is different, I will pull from multiple theories and approaches, as well as each person’s unique experiences, in order to best serve each individual. I make every effort to use genuineness and empathy to create a sincere bond with each client.

I challenge my clients to strive for healing and self-sufficiency while emphasizing personal strengths and coping skills. My positive attitude and sense of humor create a warm and welcoming environment for each individual to share their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
My goal is to work together to set goals and work towards the happy and fulfilling life that you want to live.
I graduated from Montclair State University with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Fordham University. In my free time, you'll find me listening to music or hiking with my dog.
