I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 13 years in the field. Seeking therapy is a courageous decision and finding a therapist you can trust is crucial.

In addition to talking about what brings you to therapy and your background, one of my primary goals for our first session is to see if you feel I’m a good fit for you. I am passionate about my work as a therapist and would be honored to work with you.
My treatment philosophy is to come along side my clients and help them live a life that is meaningful to them. We work toward your definition of a meaningful life, based on your values and goals. My theoretical orientation combines Acceptance and Commitment Therapy’s positive psychology and person-centered viewpoint with a Trauma Informed Care framework.
I utilize interventions from several therapy approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Internal Family Systems depending on your needs and preferences.
I have training and experience working with Substance Use Disorders, Trauma, Mood Disorders, and Anxiety Disorders. I have a special interest in Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder and experience using Exposure and Response Prevention to address compulsive behaviors and obsessive thought patterns.
