Learning tai chi can be one of the most enjoyable and beneficial journeys you ever make. There are many forms and styles of tai chi available, and while choosing a suitable tai chi can be fun, it can also be a very time consuming exercise, sometimes even frustrating!

A good way to start is by taking a short, Tai Chi for Health and Wellness program. Tai Chi for Health and Wellness is offered at our Sterling, Virginia location. This short course combines gentle and adaptable exercises you can easily learn and use for a variety of benefits, such as:
