Repairing a broken plate or bowl with gold or silver filling highlights its unique and beautiful character and demonstrates the piece’s valuable importance and history. The same also happens with our heart and soul. Kintsugi shows us we can transform our emotional wounds and bad past experiences into strength and beauty. Kintsugi can teach us various ways to be strong and resilient in the face of past, present, and future suffering.
