Managing Your Anxiety During COVID

Anxiety keeps us alert and focused. While we need it to survive, unchecked anxiety can be overwhelming, uncomfortable, and loud as it keeps us from living the life we truly want. While we may not want to lose all our anxiety, this group provides tools to "turn down the dial" and give us more control of our anxious thoughts.
- Learn effective coping strategies and mindfulness techniques to manage symptoms of anxiety.
- Process how anxious thoughts effect our feelings and behaviors.
- Provide and gain support from others experiencing similar feelings in a safe and guided environment.
- Process emotional and environmental triggers for anxious thoughts.
